Family pays tribute to Joe Millard who died in Stourport on Monday

THE FAMILY of a 31-year-old man who died this week in Stourport have paid tribute to a ‘loving son, brother, grandson, cousin and nephew’.

Police were called to an address in Oak Apple Close around 9.50am on Monday morning where they found Joe Millard unresponsive.

He was pronounced dead at the scene and was named by West Mercia Police today.

Joe’s mum has paid tribute to him on behalf of their family which, she said, ‘he was at the heart of’.

She said: “Our family is broken at the loss of our beautiful Joe.

“He was always there for you when you needed him.




“Joe lived life to the full and always had a smile on his face.

“He had a beautiful soul and was loved by many – his loss will be felt by everyone that knew him.”


A 36-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with the incident has been bailed as enquiries continue.
