A TEENAGER has been banned from a Kidderminster shopping centre for 12 months for his anti-social behaviour.
Kenzie Doherty, 16, of Bromsgrove Street, Kidderminster, has been handed ta Criminal Behaviour Order.
The teen was handed the order, which runs until September 24, 2026, at Kidderminster Magistrates Court.
It bans him from entering The Swan Shopping Centre, Tesco in Castle Road and Go Local in the Bullring – all in Kidderminster.
He is also forbidden from being with another named youth in a public place unless accompanied by an adult and is prohibited from fighting in the street.
And the CBO prevents Doherty from throwing items at people or property, unless for a lawful purpose.
PC Richard Clayton, of Kidderminster Police town centre team, said: “We are pleased the court has granted a CBO against Doherty whose anti-social behaviour has impacted shops and businesses in the town and caused alarm and distress to members of the public.”
