PEOPLE are being urged to take part in a charity for the hike for the homeless being held at Kinver Edge and Wyre Forest, writes Zaynab Hamdy.
The event to raise funds for St Basils will take place on June 20 and offers trekkers the chance to take on one of three routes of varying distance.
The short hike starts at 10am and is 7.5miles long, taking in views of the beautiful Kinver Edge, with rock houses and breath-taking views.
The medium hike starts at 9am and is 17miles long – this includes Kinver Edge, a pleasant woodland walk in Arley Wood and the quaint Arley railway station.
And the long hike – which is around 24.5miles – starts at 8am and takes in all the above places, along with the stunning trees of Wyre Forest and the 18th Century water-powered Knowles Mill.

All the hikes start and finish at Bodenham Arboretum and there will be a party at the finish line.
The Kinver Edge is a high heath and woodland forest with a rich history, including the last troglodyte dwellings in England and rock caves with intricate carvings.
Wyre Forest is one of the largest oak woodlands in England, offering miles of way-marked paths and trails suitable for all abilities.
Throughout each walk there will be checkpoints with water, energy treats, toilets and staff.
A fundraising page for those taking part is created automatically and those who raise £100 or more on their personal fundraising page will be given a free professionally designed H4H walking t-shirt.
