A WOMAN was arrested this morning on suspicion of drug-dealing after police raided two properties in Kidderminster.
Officers from Kidderminster Police Safer Neighbourhood Team supported CID and a dog handler as they targeted two addresses – one on Unicorn Row on Horsefair and one on Dunlin Drive on the Spennells estate. The swoops followed intelligence gathered around suspected drug-dealing.

A search at the address on Unicorn Row uncovered thousands of pounds worth of cash, along with mobile phones and high value luxury items – all were seized. A baseball bat was also seized from a van linked to the house.
A woman in her 30s was arrested at the scene on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a class A drug – cocaine – and his currently in police custody helping with enquiries.

PC Russell Bunce, who led today’s operation, said: “This morning we executed two simultaneous warrants at addresses in the town following intelligence we have developed relating to the suspected supply of illegal drugs.
“We arrested a woman in her 30s on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a class A drug and seized a large quantity of cash, high value luxury items and mobile phones suspected to be linked to drug dealing. An investigation is ongoing.
“Illegal drugs reap harm on the communities we are here to protect and serve so we will always act where appropriate to target those involved.”
And he urged anyone who suspected drug-dealing to be going on in their area to get in touch.
“The public are our eyes and ears on the ground and we would encourage anyone who suspects there may be drug dealing in their neighbourhood to report it to us via our website.
“Always call 999 in an emergency.”
