WORK on the Riverside Paddling Pool in Stourport-on-Severn is progressing well and the popular attraction is on track to open for this summer season.
Stourport Town Council provided an update this week, adding it expected the pool to be able to open in time for the bank holiday weekend at the end of May.
The next stage of the project involves relaying the flooring, which is highly dependent on suitable weather conditions.
The contractor requires a period of warm, dry weather for this work to be completed.
Users should be aware the timetable for the re-opening of the paddling pool may be unavoidably impacted by the weather over the forthcoming weeks.
The council said it would continue to provide more updates as the project progressed.
