WITH AUTUMN firmly upon us, it is a great time to get out and about among nature.
Across the Wyre Forest, there is plenty of fantastic countryside to explore and great places to visit – these green spaces will be transformed as the leaves on the trees change from green into vibrant reds, oranges and yellows.

It is a great time to go out for a stroll with loved ones, family and friends as the leaves fall and carpet the paths.
And on your return, what better way to indulge in the season by cooking classic comfort food, such as sumptuous soups and hearty casseroles.

There is so much going on at this time of year – from harvest festivals and services to celebrate the abundance of produce coming to fruition, along with Halloween festivities and, after that, Bonfire Night.

The days are turning colder and are getting shorter, especially with the clocks due to go back an hour this weekend to signal the end of British Summer Time – remember to do that at 2am this Sunday, October 26.
