CROWDS flocked to Stourport’s Christmas lights switch-on and Three Kings Parade.

Families and groups turned out for the annual tradition which saw the procession journey from the Civic Centre, down Lion Hill, York Street and New Street, briefly stopping at Villeneuve-Le-Roi gardens to switch on the Christmas tree lights.

The Three Kings followed at the back of the parade, creating an atmosphere of excitement and anticipation.

Families from across the community gathered together to participate in the festive procession, following the Three Kings through the town.

There was also a Christmas carol service, featuring a number of classics, including, of course, We Three Kings.

Other attractions included a fireworks display and the town’s best dressed shop window competition. The winner for that will be announced on Wednesday, November 26.
